Information About Our Shop Dog

Our small shop dog, who lives with us on the second floor, is a beloved mascot of the salon—cherished by our long-time regular customers and someone who helps soothe the nerves of guests who may be feeling tense. On more than one occasion, the dog has quietly stayed by the side of customers who were not feeling well after their enzyme bath, and we have heard them say, “I feel at ease” or “I feel energized.”

On the other hand, because some guests are not comfortable around animals or have allergies, we have established the following rules to ensure hygiene and safety.

・Our dog will only come to greet guests in areas where clothing is worn, such as the waiting area, and will be strictly kept out of the changing room and bath area.

・If there are guests who are uncomfortable around animals or who have allergies, we will make every possible accommodation, such as keeping our dog on the second floor during that time. (Our dog is an 11-year-old senior dog and usually rests on the second floor. We have trained both verbal commands and manners.)

I personally operate the salon almost entirely on my own, and my dog helps me every day as an important presence that helps create a relaxed atmosphere and, at times, keeps customers company. Going forward as well, we will continue to take care to ensure that everyone can comfortably enjoy time with our dog while also striving to create an environment where all customers can use our enzyme baths with peace of mind.
